What personal information do we collect from people that visit our website
In general we do not collect information from you when you visit our website.
Personal information provided by you when requesting information is done through the "contact" page of the website.
To handle your request we ask you to provide us with your:

  • Name
  • Company
  • E-mail
  • Job title
  • Phone number

Use of personal data and storage limitation

When you are providing us with personal identifiable information, for example in case of a contact request, your information is solely used for the purpose for which the data was provided. The data is stored as long as is needed to completely handle your request or for as long as ICTS services are requested.

Your data is not shared with 3rd parties unless you specifically gave consent to do so, or in case more information is needed to fulfill your request. 

Your consent will always be requested. In some cases ICTS has legal grounds to store your data, in this case the legal storage retention period is applicable.

When the legal storage retention period has expired your data will be deleted. In this case the right to access, right to rectification and the right to data portability are not applicable anymore.


Cookies are small textfiles, given ID tags that are stored on your computer's browser directory or program data subfolders. They are created when you use your browser to visit our website. There are different kinds of cookies:

  • Cookies that keep track of your movements within the website (Tracking Cookies)
  • Cookies that are created temporarily in your browser’s subfolder while you visit our website (Session Cookies)

Securing your personal data is our priority. Data stored with us is protected by technical and organizational measures to effectively prevent loss or misuse by third parties.
